1. How do I track my order?

2. What are the shipping charges & time?
We currently offer Standard Shipping £3.20. For all across Europe, we charged £11.50 shipping charges. We will deliver within 2-3 business days in the UK and for Europe, it will take 7-10 working days.

3. What are the exchange, return, and refund policies for Nutrifactor UK?
Any product may be returned within 2 weeks of purchase. For any product that you are not satisfied with, please call +447482009887 or email us and you’ll receive instruction on how to get an exchange or a refund.
If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please be sure to keep the original product and product packaging if possible. We’ll provide instructions on how to send the product back.

4. How do I return Nutrifactor UK's products if purchased from a different store?
If you purchased Nutrifactor UK's products online on another website, please follow the instruction on that site for returns and refunds.
If you purchased Nutrifactor UK's products at one of our retailer partners, please return the item to that store according to their return and refund policy.
